I would like to welcome you to our website, The “New Heaven on Earth Ranch.” We have just been accepted as a Congressional District Program for 2007. Due to recent changes in Federal Law, severe restrictions had been put on how foundations such as National Heritage can operate and allow groups such as ours to be under their umbrella. While we begin the process to establish our own 501 (c) (3) in California, we will have more freedom to function as a CDP. With help from All Nations Church, we will be able to move forward and construct The “Johny Carpenter” Arena.
We continue to seek your support and you can now donate on line (See links). All donations are tax deductible.

4TH ANNUAL COMMUNITY FAMILY CONCERT COMING JULY 25th,2008

Lake View Terrace, CA: The 4th Annual Community Family Concert will be held Friday July 25th, 2008 at
All Nations Church, 10000 Foothill Blvd. Lake View Terrace, CA.
Pre concert reception at 6:00pm. Program begins at 7:30pm.
The concert is sponsored by The “New Heaven on Earth Ranch” (A Congressional District Program).

This has become the annual fundraiser for NHOER.
Whose goal is to build and operate The “Johny Carpenter” Arena with an eventual riding program, on the site of the original Heaven on Earth Ranch in Lake View Terrace.
Johny Carpenter was a stuntman, actor and cowboy who built and ran the ranch for almost 25 years (1970-95). He built a wild west town and provided horseback riding to physically & mentally challenged children and young adults.

This year we are headlining Henry Becker and Team Honky Tonk ( www.teamhonkytonk.com).
They are a well known local country western band who have quite a following and appeared all over the valley.
Henry won “Best New Male Vocalist” in 1995 from the California County Music Association.
They play high energy county music with a very positive and entertaining style.

The concert has also highlighted local and church talent the past three years including Cile Borman, California Theatrical Youth Ballet, Tish Hicks, Artie Morris, Charity Chapman, Danyelle Sanders among others. There will also be a silent auction.

     Sponsorships range from $100/250/500/1000.
Program ads are $150 full page/100 half/75 quarter/25 business card.
We also seek silent auction items and food/drink donations for the reception.
Tickets are only $10 each. Ask about our group rates.

Burbank, CA: The 2nd Annual “State of the Horse” Trails Congress & Convention was held
Saturday January 27th, 2007 at the Los Angeles Equestrian Center.
Despite stormy conditions, several hundred attended the all day event.

The morning session was highlighted by a bevy of speakers commenting on “The Impact of the Horse Industry.” Among the participants were Nancy Cole of The Equestrian News, Dr. Mylon Filkins,
American Horse Council, and representatives from various state, county and city governmental agencies.

The afternoon program included presentations in the equidome by several equestrian groups
including the Compton Jr. Posse, Ladies of the War Horse and Valley View Vaulters.
Los Angeles City Council Members Wendy Greuel and Tom LaBonge were present to offer encouragement
and to meet the crowd. We had dozens of vendors present selling their wares to distributing information
on their groups.

The event was cosponsored by Valley Horse Owners Association, Los Angeles Trails Project,
War Horse Militaria Heritage Foundation and “New Heaven on Earth Ranch.” A raffle was held with
the highlight being a western saddle donated by Champion Turf Equipment, valued at $3,000, being
won by Royan Herman.

The Los Angeles Equestrian Center was kind enough to donate the use of not only their banquet
room but the equidome as well. Much information was exchanged and everyone had a good time.

The 3rd Annual State of the Horse is scheduled for March 2008
at the Los Angeles Pierce College Equestrian Center.
