2ND ANNUAL COMMUNITY FAMILY CONCERT SUCCESS!

Lake View Terrace, CA: The 2^nd Annual Community Family Concert, held at All Nations Church, Friday July 14^th, 2006,
was a well received success! Despite another hot day to hold the concert, over 300 attended, both community and church members
alike to witness  world class performances.

     The program began with church soprano Sun Me Lim followed by pianist Grace Kim. Tish Hicks then gave a rousing set and
was followed by the His Dream Psalty Club Friends. We were fortunate to have Holywood with Paul Harrigan return and then seeing
one of LA Operas resident artists, Jin Young Jang .

     The California Theatrical Youth Ballet directed by Erin Holt, was well received as was our local favorite Cile Borman and the
Agape Piano Trio. The evening was concluded by legendary cowboy singer Artie Morris with Erwin Jackson on guitar.

     We had over 40 silent auction prizes donated along with a catered reception by local establishments and nearly 80 sponsors.
Council Member Wendy Greuel, 2^nd District, City of Los Angeles, made welcoming remarks as well.

     The “New Heaven on Earth Ranch” Foundation (A National Heritage Foundation) was the sponsor. They are now in
the position to be able to construct the “Johny Carpenter” Arena and are in the process of obtaining the necessary city permits
to do so on the site of the original ranch.

The timeline is to begin in early October and have it ready by the 4^th Annual
Thanksgiving Dinner & Korean BBQ on Friday November 17^th, 2006. 

     The church and foundation will have a booth at the Watermelon Festival at Sunland Park
