Operations
The primary work now is that of outreach, public relations and fundraising. This will always be an ongoing priority. Once the arena is built we then deal with the management, maintenance and its operation. The foundation will enter into an agreement with All Nations whereby we would “lease” the arena grounds for a nominal fee.
We will also work out issues such as insurance and liability with the church. Because the area sits on private property, it will not be operated as a public one would. However, the stated goal of its availability to the greater foothill community and equine groups for their programs and practices remains the primary goal.
